Emma and Matt were married at the beautiful The Hilton Waterfront Resort in Huntington Beach on a picturesque California day. The bright blue sky, the warm setting sun, and the light ocean breeze in December made there wedding as sweet as summer. Emma and Matt met in college during the business class, but it would be many years later before fate would finally bring them together. Surrounded by friends, family and loved ones who shared in their happiness, they pledged their love and commitment.
Emma and Matt planned a truly meaningful wedding rich with emotion, laughter, and meaningful details that made her wedding extra sweet. She had garment from her mothers dressed, wrapped around her bouquet, two gold rings gifted by her grandmother, and the cake topper from her great grandmothers wedding. These were all details of love, that made them extra special for her wedding.
Emma and Matt thank you so much for allowing me the opportunity to capture your wedding and be apart of your day. You both are a lovely couple and I wish you all the best on the next chapter in your life.
Emma looked like perfection dressed in a beautiful ruffled dress, she made one stunning bride. Her lovely bouquet designed by Jenny B Floral Design, was wrapped in lovely fabric from her mothers wedding dressed.
Matt was overcome with emotion upon seeing his lovely bride.
The happiest moment of all, officially Mr. and Mrs.
This flower girl was the most adorable things, I loved capturing her cute smiles.
After the ceremony we ventured to Huntington Beach. Emma and Matt enjoyed some quiet minutes on the beach and with the sun setting they soaked in there first moments as husband and wife. I loved documenting these moments before they rushed off to the reception to celebrate.
Many thanks to Simply Sweet Weddings for coordinating such a perfect day.
The first dance is always my favorite moment, and it’s evident how happy Emma was to be in Matt’s arm.
I loved capturing Emma’s mother share in her daughters happiness throughout the day. She teared up her daughter walked down the aisle, beamed at seeing Emma dance with Matt.
The reception began with lots of laughter as her father shared stories about Emma and toasted to the happy couple.
There siblings also toasted in their honor. With lots of love and affection they shared stories about the happy couple with Emma’s sisters rapping their speech to the Fresh Prince theme song.
and then everyone joined in a family tradition of dancing ring of fire around the newly married couple.
Many thanks to the awesome vendors for bringing this wedding together.
